1978 purchased by Overseas Shipping (Pte.) Ltd., Singapore and renamed HWA HO. Official No.: 380602. Call sign 9VMG.

She was on a ballast voyage from Singapore to Chinnampo, North Korea, when she ran aground on rocks, about 125 miles south-west of Pyöngyang in lat. 38°08' S, long. 124°40' E on October 25, 1980, after drifting in a strong storm in Korea Bay. She then broke in two. Her crew was safely rescued.
