The YVC Ysselwerf BV (Yssel-Vliet Combinatie BV) of Capelle a/d Ijssel (Netherlands) delivered the ship to her owners and managers Vinalmar Compagnie de navigation maritime SA of Geneva, on January 4th 1994. Her maiden voyage took the LÉMAN IV from Capelle a/d Ijssel to Safi in Morocco, which she reached on January 9th, 1994.

As of 2010, the management is called Seatrans AS, Bergen.
