On 13.01.2001 back in Delfzijl from Hoogezand. She sailed Delfzijl 31st of January for Rotterdam. Delivered, and christened by Celine Neuenschwander, to M/V CELINE AG, Bern (Management: Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd, Cowes), and registered in Basel on 3rd February 2001 at Rotterdam. Cargo ship boarded by armed pirates at Conakry anchorage, Guinea
Cargo ship was boarded by armed pirates at around 0300 UTC November 30, 2020 in Conakry Anchorage waters, Guinea, West Africa. The ship docked at Conakry port on November 25. On November 26 she moved to Conakry anchorage and anchored in position where attack took place. She left anchorage and moved to port in about 4 hours after attack time, berthed. As of morning Dec 1, she remained berthed. TANGO REY was attacked, 6 armed pirates boarded the ship and looted superstructure, living quarters, taking with them all personal and ship’s valuables they were able to find. 14 crew are safe.
