1964: Registered for Elder Dempster Lines Ltd., Glasgow. Lloyd's Register No.: 5195836.

1966: Acquisition by Puntamar S.A., Panama (Management: Sebastiano Tuillier, Lugano / Agent: Purvis Shipping Co. Ltd., London) and renamed AUDACITY. Official No.: n.a. Callsign: HOOY.

From 1972, the Internautical Service Lugano, PO Box 750, CH-6901 Lugano acts as manager for the S. Tuillier ship fleet.

Sold for demolition at Desguaces y Salvamentos in Aviles and arrived there on 10.01.1979. The demolition began on 05.02.1979.
