Juli 2021 bei der chinesischen Schiffswerft CSSC (China State Shipbuilding Corporation) Tianjin Shipbuilding in Tianjin von Taizhou Gia Shipping Co. Ltd., Taizhou, Jiangsu bestellt. Auf Kiel gelegt am 20. Mai 2022 und als GIA INSPIRATION am 10. November 2022 an die Eigner Gesellschaft Fortune Vision Shipping Ltd, Majuro auf den Marschall Inseln abgeliefert. Das technische Management übernimmt die Bernhart Schulte Singapore / Schulte Marine Concept (SMC) in Singapur. Offizielle Nr.: 9918, MMSI: 538009918 und Rufzeichen: V7A5336.

Am 17. Juni 2026 im chinesischen Hafen Gaolan (Gaolan Port) in Zhuhai, China von der Rio Hamburg Co. Ltd., Majuro übernommen worden und in RIO HAMBURG umbenannt. Der Massengutfrachter bleibt weiterhin unter der Flagge der Marschall Inseln. Das kommerzielle und technische Management wird durch die Suisse-Atlantique, Société de Navigation Maritime S.A. aus Morges durchgeführt. Es ist das 1. Schiff, das einen nicht typischen SuisAt Namen trägt in der 87-jährigen Geschichte der Reederei.

On 17 June 2026, the vessel was taken over by Rio Hamburg Co. Ltd., Majuro, at Gaolan Port in Zhuhai, China, and renamed RIO HAMBURG. The bulk carrier continues to fly the flag of the Marshall Islands. Commercial and technical management is handled by Suisse-Atlantique, Société de Navigation Maritime S.A. of Morges. It is the first vessel to bear a non-traditional SuisAt name in the shipping company’s 87-year history.
