The m/v MADRISA, was in collision in West Africa on September 11th, 2007. The 16,000-gt- Bulker, (IMO 9302475) is operated by Columbia Shipmanagement. It collided with the chemical tanker TEAM ANEMONIA (22633 GT, built 1994) at Conakry. The MADRISA sustained considerable damage to her hull and water ingress in her cargo hold.
After repairing the damage again in service.
