This oil/chemical tanker was ordered in March 2003 by the company KGS Denizcilik ve Ticaret AS, Istanbul from the shipyard Celiktekne Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., in Tuzla near Istanbul under construction No.: 53 / IMO No.: 9299202 and on 25. 06.2004 laid on keel. The launch as CAPPADOCIAN took place on July 21st, 2005. Delivered on January 24th, 2006 to the owner company Cappadocian Shipping Ltd., Gibraltar. The ship management is taken over by the Dutch Unifleet BV in Krimpen a/d IJssel. Registered in Gibraltar with the call sign ZDHD6.
From November 10th, 2008, Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (Deutschland) GmbH & Co KG, Hamburg will take over the management.
In January 2009 the management changes to North Sea Tankers BV, Rotterdam.
On 06.08.2013 purchased for 6.5 million $ by FAMAR - Prestação de Serviços e Consultoria, Limitada in Luanda, Angola and renamed MAURA ALESSANDRA on 10.09.2013. Registered in Panama. Official No.: 45007PEXT. Call sign: 3FVU. Used as a bunker tanker off the Angolan coast.
Transferred on 20.09.2018 to Famar Offshore Lda., Luanda. ABC Maritime AG in Nyon Switzerland is responsible for the technical management. Still registered in Panama.
On 04.07.2021 sold to Bom Jesus Tankers, Unipessoal S.A. (Zona Franca Da Madeira), Madeira and renamed BOM JESUS on 28.08.2021. Flag and management remain unchanged. Official No.: 45007PEXT3.
