Her registered owner was Tripen Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man and the technical management changed to ABC Maritime AG, Nyon. The ship was taken over by the new owners on 15.12.2005 in Port Gentil, Gabon. The name was changed to AMT I and the landing craft registered under the flag of St. Vincent and The Grenadines, home port Kingstown (official No: 9833, call sign: J8B3361).
The vessel's trade was changed to coastal trading between Angola and Nigeria, mainly for the oil industry. The crew consisted of 8 to 9 men, all from the Philippines.
